Seğmen, Türkiye’s well-established, strong, local and national brand, represents the common point of the past and future of our flavour culture by taking its strength from these lands. This adventure, which started in Ankara in 1938, with the union of three brothers, turned into a collective company in 1958 and expanded from a modest grocery store to wholesaling and small-scale manufacturing. In the 1970s, Seğmen established its first factory in Ankara/Siteler and increased its production quality by importing machines of advanced technology in 1975. In 1987, Seğmen transformed into a joint stock company and continued its production process in its İskitler factory and showed continuous development.

Production Power Growing Confidently

In line with the increasing demand, renewing its production capacity and technology and moving to its new facilities in Sincan Organised Industrial Zone in 2008. Seğmen, a well-established and traditional family company, continues its commercial activities with great success and produces healthy and reliable products suitable for our traditional taste.

Seğmen brings its products to you with the aim of offering the best, providing traditional and extra-traditional jams, diabetic and sugar-free jams, honey, halva, diabetic halva, hazelnut paste, tahini, molasses, Turkish delight, tahini molasses, spices, and legumes to your table without adding any additives or preservatives.

Strong Steps from Tradition to Future

Turkey’s trust in Seğmen was further reinforced with the opening of a second factory in Sincan Organised Industrial Zone in 2015. Still continuing to produce honey and hazelnut paste in this factory, Seğmen combines its traditional flavours with superior technology and offers its products to consumers after conducting over 40 analyses. The quality of different types of honey from all over Turkey is guaranteed by meticulous analyses performed during the honey processing process.

Following its third factory in Sincan Organized Industrial Zone, Seğmen opened its fourth factory in Afyonkarahisar’s Çay district and started production on 1st of May, 2024. This facility contributes greatly to regional development with an annual processing capacity of 20.000 tonnes of fruits and vegetables. Continuing to invest in the future with employment and innovative products, Seğmen will keep on further increasing its capacity with the second phase construction.

Trust and Quality from Naturalness

The production process, which is carried out within the ISO and HACCP quality assurance systems, is carried out under laboratory control and in accordance with high standards. Seğmen offers its products to consumers in their most natural form without using additives and preservatives.

With its increasing production capacity, Seğmen can produce 60 tonnes of jam, 20 tonnes of halva, 20 tonnes of honey and other products per day. Its products are preferred by national and local market chains, tourism businesses, military units, hospitals and other mass consumption centers. Expanding its product range thanks to its quality products, Seğmen expresses its debt of gratitude to Turkey by reaching more people.
