Our fundamental vision is to produce quality-oriented products in line with all legal regulations applicable to our sector and the requirements of the Quality and Food Safety Management System Standards we implement, with food safety and food authenticity, and consumer health protection guaranteed, within the framework of environmental awareness and occupational health and safety principles.
To achieve this goal, we aim to continuously develop and improve our quality and food safety management systems based on customer satisfaction. We provide training to raise the awareness and food safety culture level of our employees, carry out all necessary work to be sensitive to product authenticity and renewable energy, and continuously monitor and improve occupational health and safety principles without neglecting them. Continuously monitor and improve, continuously audit and review compliance with legal requirements and the food safety standards we apply, and adopt halal food production as a business principle. Our company sets its goals in this direction and monitors, reviews, and updates these goals annually.
In terms of food safety, we have adopted a dynamic model that is constantly updated and based on new technology and scientific solutions as our fundamental working principle, in order to produce products that comply with all legal and global standards. To prevent food loss, we aim to improve all our production, processing, storage, and distribution processes by monitoring and measuring them. To prevent food waste, we aim to improve by following market and consumer trends and introducing innovations such as ideal products, weights, and packaging that meet consumer needs, as well as by taking producer responsibility.
To raise awareness in our operations, we provide training to our employees and aim to create an improved working environment and foster ownership of our quality policy by considering their social needs. We ensure that our policy is communicated to and understood by all our employees within the organisation.
Continuous improvement and renewal strategies are an integral part of our policy within the framework of customer satisfaction.
